LES MILLS RPM

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

Les Mills BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 430 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! BODYCOMBAT

BOXERCISE

KICKBOXING

THE TRIP

Is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

BOXING FITNESS

A fun, action-packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing. The interval-style training class combines boxing; kicks and strikes with cardio-vascular exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increases your overall fitness reducing bodyfat and stress levels.

CROSS FITNESS

Cross Fitness is a high-intensity interval workout (using HIIT principles). This workout targets to improve strength, build lean muscle mass and reduces bodyfat. A variety of equipment is used in the design of the daily workout.

Aqua Massage Beds

15-20 minute session

It is often a misconstrued notion that massages are made for relaxation. The Aqua Massage Beds' massage sets the record straight by improving circulation, breaking down cellulite and relaxing the muscles. This is a achieved with 36 high-pressure bursts of water that spray the body from a variety of angles. Our Aqua Massage Beds are private and therapist free, allowing you your own space to control the settings while remaining fully clothed.

Inch by Inch Passive Toning Beds

60 minute sessions - 7mins per bed

Our passive toning beds are able to assist in toning and sculpting the entire body, each bed focusing on different muscle groups. there are 7 beds, with a 7 minute combination of Pilates type resistance exercises. These beds are designed to move for you ensuring your body is looking and feeling great within weeks.

Ozone Therapy

30 minute sessions

Our Ozone pods work with three major components. Ozone, Bi Far infrared light (dry heat) and Bio resonance. As you sit comfortably in the pod, these three therapies help increase circulation which carry more nutrients to the cells of the body and amplify the removal of toxins. Cellulite Heat Wraps

Heat wrap treatment works on shrinking the adipose tissue of fat called Cellulite. It detoxifies your body, tightens loose tissue and smoothes and softens your skin. The heat wrap improves the areas of your body that you want to work on the most or the areas from where it's harder to tone up i.e. arms, tummy and thighs. Electronic Muscle Toning

30 minute sessions

Remember the days of saying "I wish there was a machine that could get me into shape!"? Well... Electronic Muscle Toning is a computer enhanced system designed to aid weight loss and / or reduce body measurements by tightening and toning muscles. The Electronic Muscle Toning delivers a gentle impluse of the muscle via a soft rubber pad. Your muscles respond to this impulse by contracting and relaxing in a rhythmic way, just as they would during a tummy crunch or sit-up exercise. Generally two 45-minute sessions twice a week will yield optimum results in a matter of weeks. With consistent Electronic Muscle Toning you will:

Power Plate

10 minute sessions

Power plates use high strength cables which transfer vibrations to the upper body to help build muscle tone and strength. It can be used for over 200 exercises. Sunbeds

10-20 minute sessions

Tanning's about far more than serving aesthethic purposes. It promotes the intake of Vitamin D and most of us could admit that we're not out in the sun as much as we could be. With our sunshowers and lying down sunbeds, it's like having a remote for the sun.

Cellulite Treatment

Cellulite is fat deposit beneath the skin. The main symptoms are appearance of lumpy dimpled flesh on the thighs, hips, buttocks and stomach. Our cellulite treatment helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Body Massages

There are several types of massages that focus on different parts of the body or healing approaches. Massage is the practice of rubbing and kneading the body using the hands. During the massage the therapist will apply gentle or strong pressure to the muscles and joints of the body to ease pain and tension.
