GROUP CYCLING

SPRINT

LES MILLS RPM

Les Mills RPM tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. LES MILLS BODYPUMP

Les Mills BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 430 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! MARTIAL ARTS AND HIGH ENERGY CLASSES

BODYCOMBAT

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BOXERCISE

This is a martial arts based programme that promotes excellent fitness, outstanding strength, co-ordination, discipline and skill. Boxercise is designed to challenge your body and mind.

KICKBOXING

Easy to follow, drill based exercises that incorporates heavy bags and movement to music. This class will elevate your heart rate as well as challenge you mentally and physically.

TAE-BOX

This is a high energy class that combines boxing, martial arts, cardiovascular training, kicks and punches set to up beat music.

POWER HOUR

There are 1440 minutes in a day…you only need 60 of them for this class. Get super fit, super fast. Burn those calories, tone your body and have great fun at the same time.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING*

THE TRIP

Is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

BOXING FITNESS

A fun, action-packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing. The interval-style training class combines boxing; kicks and strikes with cardio-vascular exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increases your overall fitness reducing bodyfat and stress levels.

CROSS FITNESS

Cross Fitness is a high-intensity interval workout (using HIIT principles). This workout targets to improve strength, build lean muscle mass and reduces bodyfat. A variety of equipment is used in the design of the daily workout.


EQUIPMENT USED

TRX

This class will focus on improving core strength, functional movement, muscle co-ordination and reaction time by using double handed medicine balls.
