PILATES

Come and develop core strength and co-ordination through traditional Pilates patterns that utilise correct breathing techniques and postural alignment.

YOGA

Yoga uses gentle movements to improve flexibility, strength and posture. This class will incorporate poses and techniques from various disciplines.

STRETCH

A session that will incorporate a series of dynamic and static stretches to improve the flexibility of all major muscle groups and increase joint mobility.

BODYCOMBAT™

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BOXERCISE

This is a martial arts based programme that promotes excellent fitness, outstanding strength, co-ordination, discipline and skill. Boxercise is designed to challenge your body and mind.

KICKBOXING

Easy to follow, drill based exercises that incorporates heavy bags and movement to music. This class will elevate your heart rate as well as challenge you mentally and physically.

TAE-BOX

This is a high energy class that combines boxing, martial arts, cardiovascular training, kicks and punches set to up beat music.

POWER HOUR

There are 1440 minutes in a day…you only need 60 of them for this class. Get super fit, super fast. Burn those calories, tone your body and have great fun at the same time.
